Do you prepare or submit our bids?
No. We provide research and bid information. Your business prepares, prices and submits its bids, handles agency communications, and checks the current official documents before acting. We do not represent you to purchasing agencies.
Will every alert be a contract we can win?
No. Matching is based on the services and territory you provide. Agencies determine eligibility and award contracts. We cannot guarantee eligibility, bid volume, completeness of coverage or an award. Alerts are not exclusive.
How do cancellation and billing work?
You can cancel anytime by emailing upstatedealscout@gmail.com from your subscription email or using the billing portal provided with your subscription. Cancel before the 14-day trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. After billing begins, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through your paid period. We confirm email cancellation requests after processing them. There are no refunds or credits for the current paid month or unused time, except where required by law. Contact us about billing errors. If you request cancellation before renewal, a processing delay will not make you responsible for a later renewal charge.
Does one subscription include government bids AND direct customer requests?
Yes. Your subscription includes local, state and federal bid research alongside reviewed cleaning and landscaping requests submitted directly by customers, matched to your confirmed service area. These leads are included in your subscription when available. You quote and agree terms directly with the requester. Lead volume, requester details and winning work are not guaranteed; leads are not exclusive. Request work here.
Who handles customer support?
Our automated project assistant handles routine emails, bid-information questions and cancellation requests. Matters that need owner attention are escalated. Support is not instant or 24/7; a self-service billing portal is also available.

If you email us, we use your contact information, business details, service preferences and correspondence to respond, provide the requested service and manage your account. Communications may be processed by our email, AI-assistance and hosting providers. Do not send sensitive bid materials or payment credentials. Signup takes place through Stripe; we use the submitted business name, email, services, territory and subscription status to provide and manage the service. This website has no advertising trackers added by us; the hosting provider may process technical access logs. Stripe processes payment information directly. We do not receive full card numbers through this website. Our separate job-request privacy notice describes project uploads, consent and sharing with matching contractors. Contact upstatedealscout@gmail.com with access, correction or deletion requests; necessary records may be retained to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

Bid Scout is a service of Upstate Deal Scout. Only completing secure subscription checkout starts a trial and authorizes recurring billing; an email inquiry does not. Public procurement notices and agency documents control over our summaries. We are not a government agency and do not provide legal advice, bid preparation, submission or procurement representation. Use the official source to confirm current deadlines, amendments and requirements. A 14-day free trial requires a payment card through Stripe. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at $29 per month for six paid monthly billing periods, then $49 per month from the seventh paid period until canceled. The trial is separate from the six paid periods. Cancel anytime through the billing portal or by emailing upstatedealscout@gmail.com from your subscription email. During the trial, cancellation prevents the first charge; after billing begins, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. No refunds or credits are provided for the current paid month or unused time, except where required by law. Contact us about billing errors. A request received before renewal will not incur a renewal charge solely because processing was delayed.
